Enrolment 2008 An official application must be addressed to the mayoress of Valencia, and presented at the Town Hall General Register Office or at any of the registers or offices provided in article no. 38 of the Law 30//92 of November 26, modified by the Law 4/1999 (R.J.A.P. and P.A.C.). Pre-applications can also be made using the “on-line” form on the web page www.cibm-valencia.com. Confirmation of applications made in this way must be made following the instructions outlined below. The contest registration form can be presented at post offices, at any of the above-mentioned registers or by internet, must be immediately confirmed to the Servicio de Fiestas y Cultura Popular by fax, at the fax number given in these conditions, in order to avoid any inconveniences that may be caused by a delay in receiving the application. In the enrolment application forms, along with the contents established in article no. 70 of the above-mentioned Law 30/1992, bands should specify the chosen section, the title of the free-choice piece, the author and, where appropriate, the transcriber. During the enrolment stage, information on the compulsory piece to be performed in each section will be available to all bands at the Fonoteca Municipal (Municipal Record Library), as well as further information about the Competition.
