For another year, Valencia welcomes the prestigious and renowned International Wind Band Contest.

As a representative of the Valencia Provincial Council, an institution fully committed to the promotion and support of band music, it is immensely satisfying to take part in organizing the "City of Valencia" Contest, a wonderful cultural opportunity to praise our distinguishing features in an international setting.

I would like to offer my most sincere congratulations to all those taking part in this great musical event. I am sure that our Valencian representatives will once again demonstrate why Valencia is synonymous with art and culture and a rich source of musicians for the whole world.
