Agrupación Musical de Alfara del Patriarca (Valencia)Nace en Paiporta en el año 1964. Llorens Mendoza Ruiz was born in Paiporta in 1964, and studied in the conservatories of Valencia, Salamanca, Malaga and Granada. He graduated in clarinet from the Joaquin Rodrigo Conservatorio Superior in Valencia, where he studied under Giménez, Penders, and Cifre. He has attended numerous advanced courses with Weinberg, Garcia Asensio, Hernández Silva, Blanquer, Rodrigo Tamarit, Sanjaime Meseguer, Adam Ferrero, Sánchez Torrella, Olives and Argudo. He is director-founder of the contemporary instrumental group ‘Atárgatis’ and founder member of the wind trio ‘Iberia’. He has directed various musical societies including: Buñol, Benaguacil, the Banda Municipal de Castellón, the ‘Ciudad de Calahorra’ orchestra of La Rioja, the ‘Ciudad de Elche’ orchestra, the Ryazan ‘Renessans’ orchestra in Russia, and the ‘La Primitiva’ symphonic band in Paiporta. As director of Sociedad Artístico Musical de Castellnovo in Castellon, he obtained first prize in the third section of the 1994 Valencia International Music Band Contest. As director of the ‘Schola Cantorum’ of Vall D'Uixó in Castellon, he also won first prize in the first section of the 1997 Valencia International Music Band Contest and, leading the symphony band, he won first prize in the 1998 Murcia national competition. He is currently harmony teacher at the Conservatorio Profesional de Música of Vall d'Uixó, director of the Agrupación Musical of Alfara del Patriarca, and since January this year, he has been leading the Agrupación Musical "L'Amistat" of Quart de Poblet. |
